Sales Manager - MICE | Awasi
Turn extraordinary experiences into strategic business growth.
Awasi is looking for a Sales Manager to lead the growth of our MICE segment, connecting companies, agencies and event organizers with private, highly personalized and extraordinary experiences that reflect the essence of the Awasi brand.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and prospect companies, agencies, DMCs, incentive houses, PCOs and other MICE intermediaries.
- Develop new markets and business opportunities.
- Identify and develop buyouts and private experiences.
Partners & Channels
- Build and nurture relationships with DMCs, luxury agencies, incentive planners and specialized operators.
- Develop strategic partnerships within the luxury travel and MICE ecosystem.
Value Proposition & Experiences
- Design tailor-made Awasi experiences with a strong “wow factor.”
- Promote cross-selling opportunities across Awasi’s five hotels.
- Train and inspire partners around the Awasi portfolio and its unique value proposition.
Sales & Conversion
- Qualify MICE leads and manage the sales process from opportunity to conversion.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals.
- Coordinate site inspections and FAM trips.
- Monitor pipeline development and conversion rates.
Commercial Management
- Track key business indicators including Revenue, ADR, Room Nights, Buyout Occupancy, Pipeline and Conversion.
- Identify opportunities to maximize profitable growth within the MICE segment.
Brand Representation
- Represent Awasi with key clients and strategic partners.
- Communicate the essence, philosophy and distinctive character of the brand.
- Build strong relationships through networking within the luxury travel and MICE community.
Requisitos
Requirements
- Required education: Hospitality Management, Business Administration.
- Ideal previous experience: Commercial roles within the MICE segment, Luxury MICE & Experiential Corporate Travel, Travel Advisors / Travel Designers
- Ideal industry experience: Luxury hospitality (Luxury Lodges)
- Language: Advanced English, Spanish and Portuguese.
- Residence: Brazil or Argentina/Chile.
