We are looking for a receptionist to Iguazú
Requisitos

Previous experience in a hotel front desk/reception role, preferably in 4- or 5-star hotels.

Fluent English is mandatory. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

Previous experience using the OPERA Property Management System (PMS) is required.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Professional, friendly, and service-oriented attitude.

Ability to handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, guest inquiries, and requests efficiently.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international hospitality environment.

Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

A polished and professional appearance consistent with 5-star hotel standards.

Additional languages are considered a plus.
